At Así Soy Originals, every order means the world to us. Because many of our pieces are produced in small batches and made to order, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@asisoyoriginals.com, and we'll make it right.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or normal wear and tear.
